On each side of the backpack there are 2 small pockets, that offer additional space. On the left side of the backpack at the very bottom is a small pocket with zipper that tidily stores the rod sock, which makes it easy to bring a second rod or a small foldable landing net that can be fixed with a Velcro strap further up on this side.
