Trout fishing
Trout fishing is a popular leisure activity in Lithuania and other countries with clean streams and rivers. Trout like cool, oxygen-rich waters, so they are mostly found in streams. This fish is very sensitive to environmental conditions, so it must be caught carefully to avoid damaging the ecosystem. Anglers often use special tools, such as rods with thin lines, to make it easier to cast light bait, such as spinners or wobblers. Trout fishing requires patience and skill, as these fish are quite clever and cautious. We would like to remind you that in Lithuania, wild-caught trout must be released! In Lithuania, fishing in reservoirs where rainbow trout are artificially stocked is also becoming very popular. Successful fishing often depends on the right timing - it is usually best to fish early in the morning or late in the evening. Trout fishing can be a great way to relax and escape from the daily routine, allowing you to enjoy nature and silence.
